Product Details

APPLICATIONS & DOSAGE

Main Uses: Used in construction mortars and concrete to accelerate hardening and shorten setting time, especially in winter construction to enable faster demolding.

Recommended Dosage: Approx. 0.5%-1.0% per ton of cement mortar/concrete (max 2.5%). Adding 0.3%-0.5% in summer still yields noticeable early-strength gains.

CONCRETE SETTING & HARDENING EFFECTS

  1. Shortens initial setting time.

  2. Normalizes delayed setting phenomena under low-temperature conditions.

  3. Increases early-strength growth rate.

  4. Shortens mold retention time in precast concrete production.

  5. Shortens the time required for concrete to reach load-bearing capacity.

APPLICATION FIELDS & STORAGE

Application Fields: Construction Mortar, Tile Adhesive, Repair Mortar, Waterproof Mortar, Concrete Products, Oil & Gas Extraction Auxiliary.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place; use within 6 months.

Processing: Do not exceed 2.5% of cement weight; conduct suitability trials prior to use.

Packaging: 25 kg / Paper Bag
